balinese cooking class
Join our introductory cooking class that delves into the secrets of authentic Balinese cuisine with an expert chef at Ikan Restaurant. Return home and mesmerize family and friends with your new foundculinary skills. The cooking class is available every Friday from 10.30am to 12.30am at IDR 400,000++ (subject to 21% government tax and service charge) including refreshments and lunch sampling. Every Thursday from 7pm to 10.30pm
The Westin Rijsttafel is our special theme dinner originates from old
Indonesian dining experience, known as Makan Besar. Dinner is served by
breathtaking procession of 12 lovely maidens dressed in traditional costumes,
each carrying a kitchen Ming Plate with delicacy of the archipelago. Our
Indonesian experienced Chef guaranties the foods authenticity.
Rijsttafel dinner is available at IDR 400,000++ per person including one traditional
welcome cocktail.

Every Monday at Hamabe from 7pm to 10.30pm
Experience a night of delectable indulgence and savour Sushi, Sashimi,Japanese Noodles, Hot Pot Dishes and Teppanyaki to entice your tastebuds
and satisfy your culinary curiosity. This Japanese buffet dinner is set in the
lush Summer Garden of the Resort overlooking the Indian Ocean at IDR
350,000++ per person including refreshing hot or cold Green Tea.
